About The Charitable Tax-Free Fund

Under State Insurance Law Statute 3205, A.B.N. 8586 and section 79 under current Internal Revenue Service codes, religious organizations can receive a charitable tax-free fund.

What Is A Charitable Tax-Free Fund?

The fund is based upon a religious organizations member contributions, which are 100% tax deductible and can cost less than fifty cents a day.

Who Manages The Charitable Tax-Free Fund?

The charitable tax-free fund is backed, managed and regulated by Insurance, State and Federal agencies.

Charitable Tax-Free Revenue Benefits

Every tax deductible member contribution can yield a religious organization a monthly or yearly cash dividend.

Plus, if a contributing member ever becomes sick or disabled and can no longer make any more monthly contributions, the members contributions can still be paid through the disability clause in the fund.

Upon the death of a contributing member, the religious organization will receive, tax-free, the total lump sum fund amount for that contributing member, which can total well over $100,000.
