Credit After A

Bankruptcy

Now that your bankruptcy is completed and the bill collectors are a thing of the past. You may find it a bit difficult to obtain new credit. But, obtaining new credit is far from impossible.

A New Beginning

Going through a bankruptcy does not necessarily mean that you are a credit risk. In fact, a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13 bankruptcy may actually make obtaining credit easier.

Do Nothing

Establishing new credit after a bankruptcy is very important. It will show future and potential creditors that you are serious about your credit future. A creditor may not want to extend credit to you if they see that you did not establish credit as soon as possible after your bankruptcy was completed.
