Q: Am I an employee or independent contractor of or for CCFC of America?

A: No. You are not an employee or an independent contractor of or for CCFC of America. You are a self-

employed independent agent with total flexibility to work where and whenever you desire (with regards and in

accordance to all local, state and federal laws).
